I am Ahad Ghazi, I am from Delhi India, I am having experience of twenty five years in construction of high rise buildings commercial & residential, construction of villas from foundation to finishing. The various duties discharged by me are below. 1. Responsible for Preparation of detailed BOQ, Analysis of rates for extra items, Cost Calculations. 2. Dealing with petty contractors, suppliers etc. 3. Guiding junior staff. 4. Project Execution, implement of specifications, norms & standard of works. 5. Preparation & checking of bills of clients & petty contractors. 6. Liaising with Consultants, Architects, and Clients etc. 7. Good command on Auto Cad, Excel. 8. Honest, punctual, devotion & dedication for work are my strength about my duties & responsibilities.
